Making
A Purchase: We offer two methods of making a purchase,
1) By
using our printable order forms which can be sent to us by Post
or Fax complete with your Credit Card Number, (we accept both
Mastercard and Visa Cards) or alternatively you can enclose your
cheque, payable to Andrew Langford with the printed order form.
2) Just
browse our Catalogue, and click on any
items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to Checkout"
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are
shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place
your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction
to US Dollars or your own currency. Please remember that the $
and € price shown is a guide and will vary a little according
to the exchange rate used by the credit card company. We accept
both Mastercard and Visa Cards. We do not charge for any item
until it is ready to be shipped. Backordered items are not charged
until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information
via phone, fax, post or over the Internet
Shipping
And Handling. We ship by Royal Mail Small Packet where
possible for overseas orders. Within the UK we use Royal Mail
Parcel Force. All our prices include postage charges.
Delivery
Schedule. We deliver your order as soon as possible. We
will normally send your order to you in 2/3 working days . International
orders are generally received in under 10 days from shipping.
We always keep you informed by e-mail of the stock situation and
shipping information. Back Orders:- If your item is not in stock,
we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit
Card Security. We know of no documented cases of credit
card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit
card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed
using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Our Returns Policy. Should your item arrive damaged we will replace
it immediately we receive it back, or refund your money if you
wish. If the goods are damaged, we will also reimburse the cost
of the return shipping. You must inform us in writing by letter,
fax or e-mail within seven days of the arrival of the damaged
goods that this has occurred and that you intend to return them.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cooling
off Period / Return of goods If for any reason you are
not happy with your purchase, you may (at your own expense) return
the goods to us in perfect resaleable condition, complete with
all original packaging and any documentation supplied to you.
You MUST let us know in writing by letter, fax or e-mail within
fourteen days from the day after you received the goods that you
intend to return them. The goods must be returned as quickly as
possible after you advise us that you are going to do so. We will
refund the cost of the product (Pounds Sterling) within thirty
days of receipt of your advice, however should you not have returned
the goods to us, we will deduct from the refund the direct cost
of collecting the goods. The above return policy does not apply
to goods specially made to the consumer's specifications (Our
range of made to order Larger Cabinets). Your statutory rights
under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
where applicable are not affected.

Our office hours are 9am. to 6pm. UK time Monday to Friday but
we check and respond to e-mails regularly 'out of hours' and have
a voicemail telephone service. Calls are charged at normal rates.
Privacy
Policy I myself am responsible for all privacy matters.
We collect the information that you provide at the point of ordering
(checkout page) to enable us to process your order promptly and
efficiently. Very occasionally we like to keep you informed of
new products which have been added to our website. You may of
course opt to choose not to receive such information and you may
exercise this option at the foot of the ‘Checkout’ page before
you submit your order. All information is collected by us for
the above usage only. We do not, under any circumstances, make
your details available to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998.
Complaints.
We hope of course you never have any cause to complain about our
products or service but if you do you can rest assured that it
is our policy to handle complaints promptly, fairly and effectively.
We are proud of our reputation and value your custom. Any complaints
are dealt with personally, and we endeavour to respond to all
complaints within five working days. At that time we will advise
you how long it will take us to resolve your complaint, and we
will keep you informed as to the action we are taking to that
end. You will be kept fully informed as to the results of any
