Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express and most Bank Masetro cards Payment for your order is made when you place your order on line, We are then advised automatically that you have placed an order, and paid for it. We will then undertake to get your order despatched to you as soon as possible, and within a seven day period.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We ship by Royal Mail Small Packet where possible for overseas orders. Within the UK we use Myhermes and / or Royal Mail Parcel Force and / or First Class Packet Post. All our prices include postage charges.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 2/3 working days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days from shipping.
We always keep you informed by email of the stock situation and shipping information.

Tax Charges We are not registered with VAT, and so do not charge VAT. For trade customers, this means that they cannot claim back any V AT element.
Credit Card Security When you place an order on line, and choose to pay by Credit / Debit card, your card details are automatically forwarded to
PayPa Software who are fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant and who then clear your payment. They will then advise us that you have paid for your order, and instruct us to forward your completed order to you. We here at Langford Woodcraft will never receive your card details for an on-line order.
Should you wish to use our mail order form, or to place your order by phone, then we will put your payment through PayPal Software for clearance.
Guarantee Our Returns Policy. Should your item arrive damaged we will replace it immediately when we receive it back, or refund your money if you wish. If the goods are damaged, we will also reimburse the cost of the return shipping. You must inform us in writing by letter or email within seven days of the arrival of the damaged goods that this has occured and that you intend to return them. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Complaints. We hope of course you never have any cause to complain about our products or service but if you do you can rest assured that it is our policy to handle complaints promptly, fairly and effectively. We are proud of our reputation and value your custom. Any complaints are dealt with personally, and we endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. At that time we will advise you how long it will take to resolve your complaint, and we will keep you informed as to the action we are taking to that end.
